Triangle appoints Group General Counsel in response to growing number of transactions

Triangle Group, the leading international investment, development and asset management group focused on property, hotels and resorts, and private equity, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liron Meister as Group General Counsel. Liron starts work with immediate effect.

Liron will be responsible for advising Triangle’s senior management team on all legal issues related to transactions, regulatory compliance, contracts and potential acquisitions.

Liron brings over 15 years of legal experience. Most recently he worked as a Senior Associate in Berwin Leighton and Paisner LLP corporate finance team with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and asset management in the real estate sector. Prior to this he worked in-house at the Maitland Group and before that was an associate at Clifford Chance.

Commenting on the appointment, Rick Denton, Triangle Group Chief Executive Officer, said:
