Triangle partners with Savills
Triangle partners with Savills to let three floors of office space at its 36 Dover Street property.
Triangle, the specialist international investment, development and asset management group that actively manages properties on behalf of private investors, today announces that with its letting agents, Savills, it has let the third, fourth and fifth floors at 36 Dover Street, London W1S (“the Property”).
Savills has successfully secured two tenants on 10 year leases for the Property. The third floor, which totals 2,618 sq ft, will be occupied by Hampden & Co plc and the fourth and fifth floors, which comprise a combined 3,635 sq ft in total, will be leased by a private equity investment management company. Triangle carried out a complete refurbishment of the property earlier this year and realised £95 per sq ft for these lettings.
36 Dover Street is a prime piece of real estate which also houses Victoria Beckham’s flagship store on the ground and first floors.
