Triangle Group strengthens its real estate team with Head of Asset Management
Triangle, the investment, development and asset management group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matthew Littler as Head of Asset Management.
This appointment has been made to further lead the firm’s expanding real estate practice in London.
Matthew joins Triangle after three years at Orchard Street Investment Management, where he was a Senior Asset Manager and part of a team responsible for managing a £1.7 billion portfolio. Prior to this he spent seven years at Axa Real Estate Investment Managers where he looked after part of the Sun Life plc’s investment portfolio.
In his role as Head of Asset Management, Matthew will work to optimise the performance of Triangle’s portfolio, which includes Holborn Links, the New Oxford Street Estate and the group’s hotel project in Southampton Row, L’Oscar which is due to open in 2016.
