Our acquisitions team coordinates each stage of a purchase by efficiently managing all aspects of the property buying process.
We will carry out detailed due diligence on the property prior to purchase. This includes legal searches with regard to the property title, existing covenants and technical surveys to ensure that the building is structurally sound. Where refurbishment is required we are able to provide competitive cost estimates for such work.
Our team will appoint and coordinate all necessary third party consultants including agents, solicitors, surveyors, lenders, financial and tax advisors as well as liaising with any existing financial companies. We will work closely with your team and existing advisors, reporting as required to suit your current working schedule. At all times we will maintain the structured and efficient running of your current portfolio, appointing outside experts where necessary. We can ensure the formation of an optimum ownership structure in order to minimise risk and facilitate maximum value.
