Hotels:

Case Study –Holiday Inn & Ecotel, Vilnius

On behalf of our investor client we identified and purchased two hotels in downtown Vilnius in 2007. The investment strategy was based on the fact that it had very good investment potential. The Ecotel site, having good mixed-use development potential, and the Holiday Inn added value potential as a continuing income generating hotel. Despite the financial crisis in 2008, our hotel team has been able to successfully manage the hotels through the economic downturn by comprehensive financial restructuring and brand re-positioning to the point where it is now showing good investment growth for our investor. We are now managing an added value refurbishment programme for the Holiday Inn on the back of income generated through our management strategies.
